This is the only reason I've not completely switched over to Yoco for our woocommerce subscription site. A couple of features that would have to be incorporated are

Ability to change the recurring total from woocommerce side. i.e. You decide to give a discount for the month of December to some or all of your subscribers.
Easy way for subscribers to update their card details when their cards expire. As an example look at the Stripe integration that allows subscribers to update their card details directly from the woocommerce my-account endpoint.

I'm sure the second this is introduced you'll corner the market as none of the other payment gateways in ZA offer a professional solution to recurring payments in woocommerce.
